How will my parcel be dispatched?
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked (48 Hour Delivery).

How often do you ship?
My only shipping day is every Wednesday, every week - therefore the cut off for deliveries is Tuesdays at 8pm. Any orders placed after that time, will be posted out the following Wednesday using Royal Mails Tracked 48 Hour Delivery service. 

I haven't recieved a confirmation email, what should I do?
If you place an order through the website, you should automatically receive a confirmation email within an hour of purchase. If you for some reason do not recieve an email, please contact us via either the 'Contact' section of the website, or send an email over to shopnoxcaelo@gmail.com

Which Payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Card payments via our website.
