Nox Caelo will accept returns or exchanges on items that are in new, unworn, unaltered condition, and free from customer damages as they were when dispatched. For a full refund or to arrange an exchange, please email shopnoxcaelo@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the original order.

I aim to get all orders dispatched within 3 working days. Orders that include resin items may take up to 5 working days until dispatch due to the resins required 'curing' period.

All UK orders are now send Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for, and all International orders are sent via tracked shipping. If you require another service, for example, Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked, please contact me before ordering to ensure that it is possible within the given timeframe.
